skypemate driver

GEforce 3 500 ti I am able to play ET OK so its all good,. however, I dont get any sound at all in the game. Reboot and the computer will come up using skypemate driver VGA driver provided by Windows. Ive never bothered to uninstall Nvidia drivers first, the new skypemate driver always seem to take care. of it nicely. A few years back I had problems with my XFX nVidia GeForce 7800gt. It was fine day in and day out then all of the sudden one day it wasnt working right. skypemate driver found numerous 7800gt cards installed even though the new drivers I had been loading all along said they uninstalled the previous driver versions. I uninstalled all 7800gts in Safe Mode, Device Manager then rebooted. Once I returned to Windows I reinstalled the 7800gt drivers and still had the same problem. I finally contacted XFX about a bad card and they recommended downloading Driver Cleaner and running it before reinstalling the new drivers. Once I ran DC usb driver for win 95 reinstalled skypemate driver skypemate driver and everything has been working great ever since on that. computer.
